Not everything is crisis in the airline industry

There was a time when travel was for the wealthy and airports as well remembered the parades of big brand names Parisians. With the low fare companies market popularizing the sector increased, showing mainly long-haul flights, which leaves more account go by plane to face several hours by bus. I say this with confidence because I've been a few times to Salvador and Porto Seguro, with over 24 hours of travel, as I did a few times on the route Rio-Buenos Aires, about 39 hours of great animation.

The International Air Transport Association (IATA), established over 60 years ago by a group of airlines and now stands at about 93% of world air traffic, said on Thursday (16/05) there was an increase in last March, compared to the same period in 2012, 4.4% in the passages known as "premium", ie, first and business class. The occupation of economy class recorded an increase of 7.4% over the same period.

The interesting fact presented by IATA, is that emerging countries known as pull these indices, showing that the popularization of aviation reached all continents and is a trend increasingly strong on this segment. Very soon the bus station will be forced to make room for airports. Hopefully, by then, aviation has followed this growing curve and treat their customers with more affection.
